Billy joined RGB Financial in 2026 with over 2 years of experience in the financial planning sector. In his previous role, he worked directly with clients to evaluate their financial needs, develop strategic plans, and support them in achieving both short and long-term financial objectives. Through this work, he strengthened his analytical capabilities, deepened his understanding of personalized financial strategy, and built strong, trust-based client relationships.
Billy is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire’s Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics, where he earned his degree in Finance and Marketing. During his time at UNH, he competed on the Men’s varsity soccer team, an experience that fostered discipline, collaboration, and a competitive mindset qualities that continue to influence his professional approach.
He currently resides in Windsor Locks with his girlfriend, Ellie. In his free time, Billy enjoys playing soccer, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
