Elias George

Elias joined RGB Financial in 2022 with over 5 years of industry experience. Even as the newest member of our team he has been instrumental in supporting advisors in clarifying and articulating the RGB Financial investment process and is a member of the RGB Financial Investment Committee. In that capacity, he is responsible for helping advisors research portfolio strategies at the direction of the advisors, analyzing economic indicators, and discussing with the other committee members on strategic and tactical asset allocation and trading strategies.

Prior to joining RGB, he was a Portfolio Strategist and part of the leadership team within Aspire Wealth Group. There he developed custom-tailored investment strategies to help work toward a client’s financial goals. In addition to serving as a Portfolio Strategist, he was a member of the investment team, helping individuals and families earn long-term growth in their portfolios.

Elias graduated from Susquehanna University’s Sigmund Weis School of Business in May 2018 and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance with a minor in Economics. During school, he spent a semester studying abroad at Regent’s University London and led as the captain of SU’s men’s soccer team. He maintains his Series 7, 63, and 65 registrations with LPL Financial as well as his CT Life Health and Accident Certifications. 

He currently resides in Bristol, Connecticut with his wife, Julia. Outside of the office, he enjoys traveling, sports, and spending time with family & friends.
